Refund and Returns Policy

At iHeartPets, your satisfaction and the happiness of your furry friends are our top priority. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility:

Most physical items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Pet food and treats must be unopened and in their original packaging.
  • Personalized items, final sale items, and digital downloads are non-returnable.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Returns for affiliate products are subject to the policies of the respective third-party merchant.

How to Return an Item:

To initiate a return, contact us via email at info @ iheartpets.com or through our contact form.

  • Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  • We will provide a return shipping label or drop-off instructions.
  • Securely pack the item with the original packing slip included.
  • Return the item as per the provided label or instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your return.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defects or errors on our part.

Exceptions:

Damaged/Defective Items: Please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Orders: Contact us to arrange replacement or return.
